You will inspect fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and operate building automation systems, while coordinating with onsite teams. EPA Universal Certification is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in commercial building operations or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation.
• Ability to read plans and prints.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings and systems.
• Provide concierge-style service to tenants and partners.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and directives.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing for proper operation.
• Perform contract work such as landscaping and cleaning.
