The ideal candidate has 3 years in commercial building operations, EPA certification within 90 days, and the ability to read plans while coordinating with teams

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations or property management.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation.
• Ability to read plans and prints.
• Reliable transportation to sites and meetings.
• Knowledge of energy-saving measures and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure proper operation.
• Provide concierge-style service to tenants and partners.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Perform contract work including landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.
