Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Houston, TX seeks a Building Engineer to maintain building systems and deliver concierge-style service to tenants. You will execute preventative maintenance, perform repairs, and support site operations to preserve asset value and appearance.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and building automation, plus the ability to read plans and work safely across multiple facilities. EPA certs are required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building operations or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Must have EPA Universal Certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-style service to tenants and internal partners.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings and systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety guidelines.
• Inspect building systems (HVAC, fire safety, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Coordinate contract work such as landscaping, HVAC, and cleaning.
