Job summary

Colliers in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Building Engineer to ensure maintenance systems run safely and efficiently for client properties. You will respond to client requests, assign work orders to Building Engineers, and check daily logs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

You’ll develop and manage preventative maintenance programs, monitor inventory and schedules, and collaborate with property managers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of procedures and chemical treatment levels for cooling towers and boilers.
