• Own assigned accounts, understand shipping needs, and maintain weekly contacts.
• Expand transportation services to grow revenue and gross profit.
• Build shipments, manage EDI entry, and schedule pickups.
• Provide spot pricing and resolve rate disputes with customers.
• Coach the team and balance workloads for consistent results.
• Audit procedures and improve process accuracy.
• Resolve payment issues with Credit and ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers.
