Responsibilities

• Own Your Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and resolve issues.
• Grow Your Accounts: Expand relationships by increasing freight volume and identifying opportunities.
• Deliver Proactive Service: Provide updates and optimize shipping options.
• Coordinate Pricing & Win Opportunities: Work with Pricing and leadership to deliver quotes and bids.
• Keep Shipments & Billing Accurate: Build shipments and ensure accurate billing rates.
• Keep Account Information Organized: Maintain CRM data and account procedures.
• Protect Account Continuity: Coordinate with Credit and Accounting to prevent disruptions.
