Job summary

Privia Imaging is seeking an experienced Breast & GYN Ultrasound Technologist to join the team in Houston, TX. The role involves performing gynecologic and breast ultrasounds, acquiring high-quality images, and ensuring patient safety and comfort under supervision of Imaging Management.

Requirements include ARDMS OB/GYN certification, current BLS, and 1–2 years of Breast/GYN ultrasound experience. New graduates with strong clinical training may be considered. Onsite at Privia Imaging location.

Qualifications

• ARDMS OB/GYN certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Breast and GYN ultrasound
• New graduates with strong clinical training may be considered

Responsibilities

• Perform gynecologic ultrasounds (transabdominal and transvaginal) to evaluate pelvic structures, ovaries, uterus, and endometrium
• Perform breast ultrasounds to evaluate breast and ancillary structures
• Capture high-quality diagnostic images and cine loops per physician order and protocol
• Identify, measure, and document pathology
• Provide preliminary impressions to physicians while avoiding independent diagnosis
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the EMR
• Explain procedures to patients, ensuring understanding and comfort
