Job summary

Privia Imaging in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Breast & GYN Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams, including gynecologic and breast studies. You will operate equipment, document findings, and assist with patient care while maintaining HIPAA compliance. ARDMS OB/GYN certification and BLS are required; 1–2 years’ breast/GYN experience preferred. Onsite role with a collaborative radiology team.

Qualifications

• ARDMS OB/GYN certification is required.
• Breast and GYN ultrasound experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Knowledge of anatomy: breast, pelvis, abdomen.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
• Perform gynecologic ultrasounds (transabdominal and transvaginal).
• Perform breast ultrasounds and document findings.
• Capture and document high-quality diagnostic images.
• Provide preliminary impressions to physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Assist in training new technologists or students.
