Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Operations Intern for an on-site program in Memphis. You will learn daily branch functions, loan processes, and regulatory training while supporting customer service.

You will work with a Manager and Regional VP to explore career paths, participate in meetings, and contribute to branch operations projects across departments. This paid internship offers exposure to leadership opportunities and potential full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Learn the loan process and regulatory training in a hands-on branch environment.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Meet with your Manager and Regional Vice President to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Work on branch operations process-improvement projects across departments.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch experience is valued.
