Republic Finance is seeking Branch Operations Interns for our on-site program in the United States. You’ll learn day-to-day branch operations, including loan processing, closings, fundings, and compliance training while working with a mentor team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a Republic Finance branch.
• Assist in loan processes, processing, closings, and fundings.
• Participate in regional meetings and process improvement projects.
• Exposure to compliance training and career paths within Branch Operations.
