Qualifications

• Must be a current Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Ideal candidates are eager to learn, enthusiastic, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be eligible for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a branch.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Participate in branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are desired and learn about benefits.
