Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in privately held multi-entity environments preferred.
• Strong general ledger, expense allocations, and recordkeeping.
• Experience with AP, vendor records, and payment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring bookkeeping across multiple entities.
• Review vendor invoices and classify expenses.
• Maintain payment records and coordinate vendor payments.
• Process accounts payable and document supporting records.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and account schedules.
• Prepare data for external accountants and tax professionals.
• Identify opportunities to improve bookkeeping procedures.
• Coordinate inter-company records and cash receipts.
