A well-established organization in the waste and environmental services industry is seeking a Billing Compliance Representative to join a high-volume billing and customer operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer service, data entry, and transactional processing in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with call center, customer service, order processing, or administrative experience looking to gain exposure to billing operations and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume billing and service transactions throughout the day
• Review and troubleshoot account discrepancies and service-related issues
• Determine appropriate actions and resolutions based on established processes
• Respond to inquiries submitted through internal systems and email workflows
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and account information
• Document actions, updates, and resolutions within company systems

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM preferred
• Open to an 8:00 AM-6:00 PM schedule with overtime
• Some overtime required
• Two Saturdays per month required (7:00 AM-12:30 PM)
• 100% onsite in Irwindale
• Pay rate of $23.50/hour
• Initial assignment of 3-4 months with potential for extension based on performance
