Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center, customer service, order processing, administrative support, or data entry experience.
• Strong typing and data entry skills; 40+ WPM preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Billing experience is a plus but not required
• Experience with order management, workflow, or billing systems is helpful
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume billing and service transactions throughout the day
• Review and troubleshoot account discrepancies and service-related issues
• Determine appropriate actions and resolutions based on established processes
• Respond to inquiries submitted through internal systems and email workflows
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and account information
• Document actions, updates, and resolutions within company systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and service standards
• Follow established procedures while handling sensitive customer and billing information
