A well known consumer service company is hiring a Billing Compliance Representative for a fast-paced billing team! If you have call center, customer service, order processing, or data entry experience and thrive in a high-volume environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Process and resolve high-volume billing transactions and service-related issues


• Maintain accurate data entry and customer records while meeting productivity goals


• Investigate and troubleshoot compliance and billing concerns


• Deliver exceptional customer service in a team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of call center, customer service, or data entry experience


• Strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred)


• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and make quick decisions


• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM


• Paid Overtime required on Mondays and Tuesdays


• Two Saturdays per month (7:00 AM-12:30 PM)

Contract Assignment: 3-4 months to start with potential for extension based on performance.

$23.50/hr
