Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an Onsite Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) to meet temporary staffing and training needs for a major client. The role emphasizes high quality service to both client and temporaries, with a focus on building strong business relationships and supervising daily activities.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory or customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong administrative skills. Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and prior supervisory or strong customer service experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering excellent client service is essential.
• Strong communication and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet the temporary help and training needs of a major Surge client.
• Deliver high quality service to customers and temporaries.
• Develop and retain business through outstanding customer service.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks and monitor attendance.
• Process and assist with Workers Compensation claims and reconcile invoices.
