Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an onsite Bilingual RN Health Coach/Health Educator for Evernorth in Chicago, IL. This role provides face-to-face coaching, health education, and collaborative health improvement plans with employees.

Requirements include at least 3 years of health coaching experience, RN licensure in the state, ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED, and bilingual Spanish preferred. Salary ranges from 77,500 to 129,100 USD per year with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• RN licensed in respective state.
• ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification current.
• At least 3 years of health coaching/health education experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face coaching and support.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and set personalized goals.
• Empower customers to actively participate in their health outcomes.
• Lead health and wellness promotional activities (group coaching, wellness challenges, health seminars).
• May perform biometric screenings (finger sticks, BP, body composition).
• Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing to drive clinical outcomes.
• Support health-related site events (open enrollment, wellness committee, flu shot events).
