Job summary

The Cigna Group—Evernorth Health Services in Chicago is seeking an onsite RN Health Coach/Health Educator to provide face-to-face coaching and health education. You will assess needs, develop personalized improvement plans, and support clients in achieving measurable health outcomes.

Preferred bilingual Spanish skills, RN/RD licensure, ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED, and 3+ years of coaching experience. Competitive salary with benefits and annual bonus eligibility, in a comprehensive wellness program.

Qualifications

3+ years of health coaching, health education and health promotion experience.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse licensure; ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite face-to-face coaching and support.
Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessments.
Collaborate to establish health improvement plans and personalized, evidence-based goals.
Empower customers to be active participants in their health outcomes.
Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health.
Lead and support health and wellness activities, seminars, and group coaching.
May perform biometric screenings (finger sticks, BP, body composition).
Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to drive clinical improvements.
Support site events (open enrollment, wellness committees, flu shot events).
