Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks an onsite Bilingual RN Health Coach/Health Educator to coach employees face-to-face and promote healthier lifestyles. You will assess needs, develop personalized plans, and support wellness initiatives on site.

Required are health-coaching experience (min 3 years), an RN or RD license, and CPR/ACLS/BLS/AED certification; Spanish bilingual is preferred. This role offers benefits and on-site collaboration.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of clinical health coaching and education experience.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed RN or Registered Dietitian in the applicable state; CPR/ACLS/BLS/AED certified.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite face-to-face health coaching and support.
• Identify education needs through health assessments.
• Collaborate to establish personalized health plans and goals.
• Lead group coaching and wellness activities.
• May perform biometric screenings and interpret results.
