Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills with 3+ years in health coaching, health education and health promotion.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Registered Dietitian license preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• High energy level with dynamic presentation skills.
• Customer-centric, independent worker with proactive collaboration.
• Bilingual in Spanish and able to pass oral and written assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face coaching and support.
• Identify education needs through targeted health assessment activities.
• Collaborate to establish health improvement plans and personalized goals.
• Empower customers to actively participate in their own health outcomes.
• Lead wellness promotions, group coaching and health-related seminars.
• May perform biometric screenings and interpret basic results.
• Support health-related site events such as open enrollment and flu shot events.
