Job summary

Kelly Services in West Allis, WI is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume, industrial environment. You will work with hiring managers to define role requirements and attract top talent for multiple levels across markets.

This onsite role requires Spanish proficiency, strong communication, and hands-on experience with ATS/VMS platforms. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with overtime potential; base pay ranges from $25–$28 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Results-driven with focus and resiliency to meet goals.
• Urgency, energy, and enthusiasm in task execution.
• Strong time management and prioritization with minimal direction.
• Experience with ATS & VMS platforms and sourcing tools (Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.).
• Adaptability and learning agility to handle changing scenarios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Spanish professional proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants via job boards and Bullhorn.
• Maintaining candidate records and recruiting activity within VMS (Fieldglass/Beeline).
• Partnering with Hiring managers to ensure fair and equitable assessment and selection processes.
