XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter to support hiring and employee operations at our client location in Irving, TX. The role requires English/Spanish bilingual skills and the ability to support multiple shifts and overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate will have recruiting or staffing experience, strong communication, and the flexibility to work varied shifts across on-site operations. This is an on-site position with health and other standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in recruiting or staffing is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent phone and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement.
• Work closely with the on-site team to support daily staffing and recruiting needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
• Conduct candidate screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with candidate onboarding and employee follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records.
• Assist with on-site employee concerns and daily workforce needs.
• Support high-volume recruiting initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced On-Site Bilingual Recruiter to support hiring and employee operations at our client location in Irving, TX. This position will work closely with the Lead On-Site Recruiter to support recruiting needs, candidate communication, onboarding, and daily on-site operations.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have previous recruiting or staffing experience, and be flexible with their schedule to support different shifts as needed.

• Light industrial staffing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Must have flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime when required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent phone and basic computer skills.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to build professional relationships with candidates, employees, clients, and team members.
