Job summary

McLemore is seeking an onsite Project Manager near Sealy, Texas to oversee operations for Energy Corridor projects. This salaried role requires strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and a customer-focused approach.

You will supervise staff, recruit and train, maintain clear communication with clients, and ensure timely delivery. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans, paid vacation and holidays, and company equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug screen and other pre-employment requirements as needed.
• Physical requirements include but not limited to actively walking.

Responsibilities
