• Excellent customer service and diplomacy in stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants and refer qualified candidates to roles.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline and CRM database.
• Develop creative sourcing plans using schools, colleges and social media for skilled roles.
• Write effective online job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s and background checks; meet staffing goals.
