Sanctuary Recovery Centers in Phoenix is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join a dynamic, hands-on team. You will engage with clients, assist in assessments, develop treatment plans, and support individual and group counseling in a collaborative, energetic environment.

You will document progress, help ensure safe care, and participate in monthly clinical oversight and ongoing training to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of full-time behavioral health experience.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to follow policies including Assisted Self-Administration of medication.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preference for long-term sobriety or a degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessments, treatment plans, individual and group counseling, and discharge planning.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to care plans.
• Provide supportive, empathetic interactions and help create a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Engage with the team in monthly clinical oversight and ongoing training.
