Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our onsite team in St. Charles, IL for the 26/27 school year. Start date is August 2026; full-time 37.5 hours per week serving K-12 students.

Role includes conducting FBAs/BIPs, direct ABA services, staff training, and collaboration with school teams. Requires BCBA certification and IL LBA license; compensation starts at $48/hour commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience as BCBA in a school or educational setting; strong ABA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students with ASD and other needs.
• Provide direct ABA services including DTT, naturalistic teaching, and FCT.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and service providers to implement plans.
• Train staff and families on behavior strategies, data collection, and supervision as needed.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans based on data, and participate in IEP/TEAM meetings.
