Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience conducting assessments and supervising RBTs preferred.
• Comfort working in a hybrid model (remote + in-person visits in Kenosha).
• Reliable transportation for local client sessions and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct clinical oversight to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Analyze client data and ensure meaningful progress.
• Deliver structured parent/caregiver training.
