Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in St. Charles, IL.

This onsite role supports K-12 districts for the 26/27 school year, starting August 2026, with full-time hours (37.5 per week). The successful candidate will design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct FBAs, train school staff and families, and collaborate with district teams to support students with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • BCBA certification and IL LBA licensure eligibility.
  • Prior school-based BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students with ASD and other disabilities.
  • Provide direct ABA services and implement intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
  • Train staff and families on behavior management and data collection.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans based on data.
  • Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings with BCBA input.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing behavior analysis services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and training school staff and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide direct behavior analysis services, including functional communication training, discrete trial training, and naturalistic teaching strategies, to students with ASD and related disorders.
  • Collaborate with school teams, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers, to implement behavior intervention plans and ensure consistency across settings.
  • Train school staff and families on behavior management strategies, data collection methods, and behavior intervention techniques, providing ongoing support and supervision as needed.
  • Monitor students’ progress and behavior data, making data-based decisions and adjustments to behavior intervention plans to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing behavior analysis expertise and recommendations for educational programming and services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of behavior assessments, intervention plans, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a behavior analyst in the state of practice.
  • Previous experience working as a BCBA or behavior analyst in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methods, and techniques, with a focus on applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions for individuals with ASD and related disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers.
  • Proficiency in assessment, data collection, and data analysis techniques.
