Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires technical training or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience must be demonstrated in the resume.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and professional customer service to build long-term relationships.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and modifications at customer sites.
• Maintain BAS by reviewing trend logs, schedules, and programming.
• Provide control technical support to HVAC technicians.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians.
