Qualifications

• Approx. 24–36 months of networking experience.
• CCNA/Network+ or Security+ certifications are valuable.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, switches, and wireless networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot advanced network issues and maintain security.
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.
• Document configurations and resolutions in ConnectWise.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
