Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Contact Center Banker to help customers with a range of banking products and services. You will be the face of Regions in daily interactions, resolving questions and guiding customers to the right solutions.

You will work in our Salt Lake City center, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM MST, with on-site responsibilities and a pathway for professional development through coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Onboarding includes three weeks’ instructor-led and two to four weeks on-the-job training.
• Ability to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images.
• Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or microphone.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
