Job summary

MANTECH in Keyport, WA is seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer to join our onsite team. You will migrate mission-critical on-prem data to AWS GovCloud and manage daily cloud operations, including security, cost control, and access governance.

You will administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory, support developer environments, and document procedures for secure government workloads. US citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, CS, or Engineering.
• 4+ years of systems or cloud engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS administration with GovCloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support migration of on-prem data and applications to an AWS GovCloud environment.
• Perform daily cloud operations, including networking, backups, monitoring, patching, and cost management.
• Administer Windows domain and server infrastructure, including Active Directory and Windows servers.
• Manage AWS accounts, user access, and resource governance, and provision environments for developer teams.
• Document processes for employees to follow in the customer computing system.
