Job summary

Omni Federal is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to support the DCSA Portfolio Acquisition Executive managed service provider. This role requires an active Top Secret clearance and hands-on experience in hybrid multi-cloud environments (primarily AWS GovCloud with Azure supporting).

You will own daily INC tickets, troubleshoot routing and resource pointing issues, and work directly with application teams to resolve cloud dependencies.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• ≥2 years of related cloud engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS GovCloud and Azure knowledge.
• Strong Linux experience (RHEL/Amazon Linux).
• Experience managing INC tickets and SLAs.
• Familiarity with GitLab, ServiceNow, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own daily INC tickets and resolve cloud issues.
• Troubleshoot routing, DNS, and access problems.
• Collaborate with application teams to resolve cloud dependencies.
• Support hybrid multi-cloud deployments and improvements.
