Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a Product Line Manager to lead avionic display products across the DCN Product Lines. You will guide lifecycle management, coordinate R&D, manufacturing, marketing and service, and drive cross‑business synergies to meet business objectives.

This onsite role demands strategic planning, execution of complex development programs, and strong leadership to deliver results across the product line while balancing technical and business considerations.

Qualifications

• University degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Aerospace experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; accountability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle management from inception through production.
• Develop product roadmaps and cross-business synergies.
• Coordinate across research, manufacturing, marketing, sales and service.
• Present value-stream strategy, progress and results to leadership.
