Job summary

RTX Midland, GA location is seeking an engine inspector to use tooling and measurement equipment to verify configurations and document engine builds. You will meet production objectives for the MECOE Team, complete engine package documentation, and review fits, clearances, inspection reports, and SAP transactions with precision and timeliness.

A HS diploma with 2 years of aviation inspection experience is required, U.S.

Qualifications

Typically requires HS Diploma or equivalent or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
1+ years' experience in aviation inspection role
U.S. Person status is required, as only U.S Persons are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

Use a variety of tooling and measurement equipment to inspect engine components to validate proper configuration and compliance with requirements
Provide complete and accurate documentation to support Engine Builds
Meet production/inspection goals and objectives for the MECOE Team
Complete and review technical documentation, including Fits & Clearances, Engine Inspection Reports, and SAP transactions
Complete and Review Engine Package documentation
