Job summary

CMTS LLC is seeking a Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Inspector to support aviation and infrastructure projects in a part-time, on-site Dallas role. The inspector collaborates with project managers, contractors, and engineers to uphold QA/QC requirements across project phases and ensures compliance with safety standards and specifications.

Ideal candidates have a strong MEP inspection background, familiarity with FAA/DOT standards, and proficiency in field reporting and documentation using

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering with 1 year field inspection experience
Or 2-year associate degree with 3 years field inspection experience
5–12 years of inspection or MEP construction inspection experience on infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

Perform inspections for MEP infrastructure construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes and quality standards
Document inspection activities, deficiencies, punch list items, and corrective actions
Review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and testing reports related to QA/QC
