Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an AV Service Technician with an active TS/SCI CI Poly to provide on-site support for end-users in Chantilly, Virginia. You will troubleshoot and repair AV systems, assist with meetings and events, and maintain system documentation in Confluence/Jira.

You will work closely with engineers and installation technicians, complete training certificates, and ensure issue resolution meets service level requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CI POLY is required; candidates with only an SCI may be considered after start.
• 1+ years of related work experience in AV or similar field.
• Experience in setup, installation and support of large AV systems.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to coordinate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily onsite AV troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Provide meeting/event support, setup and breakdown.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and daily AV checks.
• Deliver end-user technical support in person and by phone.
• Maintain system documentation in Confluence/Jira and other ticketing systems.
• Provide AV user training and escalate issues for resolution.
• Attend daily engineering/operations meetings and follow change processes.
