Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to support AV/UCC systems at customer sites. You will work with customers, management, and helpdesk teams to deliver top-tier service.

The role requires hands-on hardware skills, troubleshooting, and the ability to travel to various job sites. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in AV integration are preferred, with certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Experience with maintenance and installation of AV/UCC systems is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with testing and repairing AV hardware is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance to end users in the operation of AV/UCC systems.
• Set up and support client events.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and services on AV/UCC systems.
• Repair cables and hardware components as needed.
• Assist with service tickets and remote troubleshooting.
