Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to support customer sites with hands-on maintenance and on-premises AV support. You will troubleshoot, configure, and maintain conference spaces, ensuring all equipment functions as designed while delivering a world-class customer service experience.

The role requires travel to multiple client sites, strong communication, and experience with Logitech, Extron, Crestron, and Q-SYS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Advanced computer knowledge (Windows/Mac).
• Valid Driver’s License and a motor vehicle record meeting AVI-SPL standards.
• Must be flexible to work after hours and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Setup and breakdown of conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure AV systems work as designed.
• Clean AV equipment including lenses, monitors and fans.
• Provide client training on AV technology as needed.
• Setup, operate and troubleshoot various audio/video systems at multiple job sites.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
