Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to partner with customers, management, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises AV support at customer sites.

You will deliver world-class customer service while maintaining and troubleshooting complex AV systems, including video, audio, and control ecosystems. The role requires hands-on maintenance, ability to work after hours, and travel to various sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and DMV record meeting AVI-SPL standards.
• Willing to work after hours and weekends as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting across AV and networking systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown conference spaces to meet event needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on AV hardware and systems.
• Clean AV gear including lenses and monitors.
• Document job site activities and provide client training as needed.
• Support meetings and install non-complex AV components; assist with video/audio recording where applicable.
• Travel to various customer sites; maintain professional collaboration with teams.
