Avidex is seeking an Onsite Support Technician - II to join our AV/IT services team in a customer-facing capacity. You will provide hands‑on AV/IT support for meetings, conferences, and events, including setup, operation, and teardown of complex systems.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Windows and Mac environments, and the ability to work across teams to ensure flawless technical execution.

Qualifications

• Onsite AV/IT support experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Networking basics for AV/IT deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain integrated AV/IT systems.
• Experience in documentation and service reporting.
• Customer-facing experience and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV/IT support for meetings, conferences, and events, including setup, operation, and tear-down.
• Troubleshoot, test, repair, and adjust integrated AV/IT and control systems.
• Coordinate AV resources for events and last-minute support requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document system issues, repairs, and resolutions.
• Review and manage open support tickets and service requests.
• Provide technical assistance to team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, timesheets, expense reports, and parts records.
• Follow company and customer safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
