Job summary

Avidex is seeking an Onsite Support Technician - II to deliver on-site AV and IT support at customer locations in Fremont, CA. You’ll troubleshoot, operate, and maintain AV/IT systems for meetings, conferences, and events.

The role requires hands-on AV/IT experience, strong troubleshooting, and excellent customer service. You will document activity and coordinate resources while following safety requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical or onsite AV/IT support experience.
• CTS certification or plan to obtain within 12 months.
• Proficiency in Windows/macOS and computer networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV/IT support for meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot and repair integrated AV/IT systems.
• Coordinate AV resources for events and urgent requests.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and tickets.
