Tusker is seeking a Level 2 AV / IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support across three buildings in New York. The role combines hands-on AV/IT support for conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and live meeting environments with practical end-user computing assistance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AV, IT, or a hybrid AV/IT support role.
• Experience supporting conferencing and collaboration technologies.
• Comfortable supporting live meetings and event-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of end-user computing environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Nice to have: Mobile phone and device support experience.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 onsite support for AV and IT systems.
• Support and troubleshoot conference rooms and event spaces (video, audio, displays, cameras).
• Provide real-time support for meetings, executive sessions, and events.
• Perform proactive room checks and readiness support ahead of scheduled meetings.
• Deliver hands-on end-user IT support (laptops, desktops, peripherals, connectivity).
• Float between three local buildings based on business needs.
• Escalate complex issues and document resolutions.
