Axiom Technologies is seeking experienced AV Support Engineers – L2 Field Support to provide onsite technical support for meeting rooms and AV environments across client locations in West Point, Pennsylvania. This is an on-demand field support opportunity under an Independent Contractor (1099) arrangement; hours and frequency of assignments are not guaranteed.

Formación

• Experience with AV systems in meeting rooms.
• Onsite field support experience a must.
• Ability to troubleshoot network and audio-visual issues.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose complex AV issues and collect logs for remote teams.
• Install and configure meeting room equipment including Teams Rooms.
• Relocate, replace, or add AV devices as required.
• Provide on-site support and issue isolation with minimal supervision.
• Document activities and update tickets.
