Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking experienced AV Support Engineers – L2 Field Support to provide onsite technical support for meeting room environments across client locations in the Boston area. This on-demand field role requires working onsite with no guaranteed hours and frequency.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with meeting room technologies, AV equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and network connectivity. Independent contractor (1099) arrangement; on-site / field support.

Qualifications

Hands-on AV/IT troubleshooting in meeting room environments.
Experience with Teams Rooms and AV peripherals.
Ability to diagnose complex AV issues and coordinate with remote teams.

Responsibilities

Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting for AV systems and meetings rooms.
New Meeting Room Setup including MS Teams Rooms, cameras, displays, and peripherals.
IMACD activities: relocate, install, replace, decommission AV equipment.
Advanced Configuration Support via Teams Admin Center for predefined configurations.
Network & AV Issue Isolation with cross-team collaboration.
UAT & Meeting Room Certification and validation against standards.
Documentation: update tickets, capture logs and as-built documentation.
