Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking experienced AV Support Engineers – L2 Field Support to provide onsite technical support for meeting rooms and AV environments across client locations in Rahway, NJ.

This on-demand field role is an independent contractor (1099) with onsite assignments and no guaranteed hours. Ideal candidates troubleshoot meeting room technologies, AV equipment, Teams Rooms, networks, and peripherals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AV and meeting room tech.
• Ability to troubleshoot network and USB peripherals.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms preferred.
• Strong communication with remote teams and onsite users.

Responsibilities

• Advanced onsite troubleshooting of AV issues.
• Set up and configure new meeting rooms and devices.
• IMACD: install/move/add/change/decommission meeting room equipment.
• Provide advanced configuration support via Teams Admin Center.
• Isolate network and AV issues with cross-team coordination.
• Support UAT and sign-off for meeting room readiness.
• Document findings and maintain accurate tickets and reports.
