Job summary

Kaav Inc. seeks an Infrastructure/Operation (AV & Collaboration) Engineer in Charlotte, NC, on-site three days a week. The role focuses on evaluating conference room tech, leading deployments, and ensuring alignment with global standards.

You will collaborate with a global team, review complex AV challenges, and drive advanced integration across regions with a strong emphasis on video, conferencing, and security. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience.
• Experience in AV and collaboration technologies with enterprise deployments.
• Ability to lead regional deployments and work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a global engineering team to identify and evaluate emerging conference room technologies.
• Conduct rigorous proof of concepts in regional labs to validate hardware and software performance within our network environment.
• Lead regional pilot deployments gathering user feedback and technical data to refine global design standards.
• Design standardized AV building blocks for spaces from huddle rooms to executive boardrooms.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including signal flow diagrams, wiring schematics and configuration guides.
• Ensure regional builds align with global security, networking and aesthetic standards.
• Regional escalation and technical leadership; Tier 3 point for regional operations.
