AVI-SPL is a leading provider of collaboration technology solutions that drives smarter work and seamless experiences for customers. The Auditorium Support Engineer role partners with customers and internal teams to deliver world-class on-site support at customer sites in the Boston area.

Responsibilities include running events, configuring graphical assets, operating control room equipment, and coordinating with engineers and project managers to resolve outages.

Formación

• Experience using Tricaster technology.
• Experience in sophisticated Auditorium environments (lighting, camera switching, audio).
• Creation of graphical assets for high-profile meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Support on-premises events with management, helpdesk, and teams.
• Operate control room tech with Tricaster and audio boards.
• Analyze trends from trouble tickets to improve conference room performance.
• Lead or assist with special events and executive meetings.
• Set up, test, operate, and tear down AV for off-site events.
