Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a dynamic Product Delivery Specialist to lead VIPER deployments on-site at automotive dealerships. You will install hardware, configure integrations with DMS/CRM systems, and drive adoption during the critical first 30 days.

Expect to work closely with dealership leadership, service and sales managers, and installation technicians, with substantial travel and occasional hands-on support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in field implementation, technical onboarding, or solutions engineering in automotive tech.
• Experience with dealer-facing software systems (DMS/IMS/CRM).
• Willingness to travel ~75% and work on-site in dealership environments.
• Ability to coordinate with senior dealership management and technicians.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end VIPER deployment at each dealership, engaging ownership and management.
• Assess operations and design a customized deployment plan.
• Approve pre-install assessments and oversee on-site hardware installation.
• Configure software settings and integration approaches with DMS and service platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve field issues; escalate only code-level matters to Engineering.
• Provide on-site training within the first week and support post-launch adoption.
