Job summary
ACV Auctions in Newark, NJ is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist to lead on-site VIPER deployments for ACV VIPER hardware and software. You will install, configure integrations with dealer systems, and drive adoption during the first 30 days with dealerships.
You will partner with Product and Engineering to communicate field needs, supervise technicians, and tailor deployment plans for each dealership, including training staff and coordinating post-launch support.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years in field implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering in automotive tech.
- Ability to manage on-site deployments with customer stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel ~75% and work in dealership environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end VIPER deployment at dealerships.
- Design customized deployment and configuration plans.
- Oversee on-site hardware installation and assist technicians as needed.
- Configure software settings and integrations with DMS/CRM/Service platforms.
- Resolve field issues and escalate only code-level matters to Engineering.
- Provide on-site training to dealership staff within the first week.
